• All individuals under the age of 18 MUST have a waiver signed by a Parent or Court-Appointed Legal Guardian.​

• Minors under the age of 18 without a waiver signed by a Parent will not be allowed to play.

Jumpigo Waiver

JUMPIGO ARCADE & ENTERTAINMENT CENTER  

PARTICIPANT WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

Please read carefully before participating

By entering and using the facilities of Jumpigo Arcade & Entertainment Center (“Jumpigo”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

1、GENERAL RELEASE  

I understand that participation in activities at Jumpigo involves inherent risks. In consideration for being allowed to use the facilities, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Jumpigo, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses.

 

2、ASSUMPTION OF RISK  

I understand that activities at Jumpigo include, but are not limited to, arcade games, VR experiences, laser challenges, interactive games, and other physical or digital attractions.  

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to injury, illness, or property damage.

 

3、MINOR PARTICIPANTS  

If I am signing on behalf of a minor, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian and accept full responsibility for the minor’s participation and safety.

 

4、HEALTH & SAFETY  

I confirm that I (and/or the minor) am physically able to participate in activities. I agree to follow all safety rules and staff instructions at all times.

 

5、ILLNESS & PUBLIC EXPOSURE  

I understand that Jumpigo is a public environment. While reasonable cleaning measures are taken, I acknowledge the risk of exposure to illness, including viruses, and assume full responsibility.

 

6、PERSONAL BELONGINGS  

Jumpigo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

 

7、PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR  

The use of illegal substances, including drugs or alcohol misuse, is strictly prohibited. Guests who violate rules may be asked to leave without refund.

 

8、MEDIA CONSENT  

I grant permission for Jumpigo to use photos or videos taken during my visit for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

 

9、MEDICAL RESPONSIBILITY  

I agree to be responsible for any medical costs resulting from injuries sustained during participation.

 

10、AGREEMENT  

By participating, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver.
